What this site is, what it is not, and the terms on which it is published. Read the section on figures and forward-looking statements before relying on anything here.

1. Acceptance

Using this site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the site.

2. What this site is

This site describes the services, fleet and standards of Ameristar Oil, LLC. It is published for information. It is not an offer, a quotation, a prospectus, a solicitation of investment, or a promise of capability on any particular date.

Ameristar does not tender publicly and does not accept unsolicited enquiries. Nothing on this site should be read as an invitation to submit one.

3. Accuracy and figures

Operating statistics published on this site and in documents downloaded from it are internal management information. They are unaudited and are stated as at the date on the page or document. Figures move; a page you read six months from now may be a page that has not been revised.

Drawing dimensions are indicative envelopes. Where a controlled drawing pack exists, it governs and this site does not.

The Ironmark XG-1 is a concept at gate G1. It is not built, it is not sanctioned, it holds no yard slot and no class approval, and it is not available for charter. Nothing published about it constitutes an offer of a rig.

4. Forward-looking statements

Statements about future fleet, future certification, future capability or future performance are forward-looking. They reflect present intent and are subject to change without notice. They are not commitments and should not be relied on as such.

5. Intellectual property

The content, layout, drawings, photography, generated artwork, films and documents on this site are the property of Ameristar Oil, LLC unless stated otherwise. You may read them, print them and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not republish the site wholesale, sell it, or use it to train a machine-learning model. The declined-crawler directives in /robots.txt state that position in machine-readable form.

Third-party marks, including aircraft, engine and equipment manufacturer marks, belong to their owners and appear here descriptively.

6. The secure workspaces

Access to the operations and client workspaces is granted, not claimed. Do not attempt to reach either without an account issued to you. Do not share credentials. Do not attempt to reach documents you have not been given.

Classified material referenced on the public site is not obtainable from it. Some documents exist that this site will not serve to you.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to interfere with the site, its hosting or other people's use of it.
• Do not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for anyone else.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for a counterparty.
• Security research is welcome inside the limits set out in the disclosure policy.

8. Liability

The site is provided as it stands. To the extent the law allows, Ameristar excludes liability for loss arising from reliance on the site's content, from its unavailability, or from any external site linked from it.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. The courts of Midland County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction.
